Returns and Exchanges

If it's our fault (i.e. we shipped the wrong item, or the product is defective in some way):

Dominion Strength will stand behind our products and cover all costs associated with fixing the issue.​

For all other reasons (i.e. ordered wrong size, style, etc.):
​
The customer will be responsible for costs associated with a return or exchange. We encourage everyone to watch our sizing video prior to ordering.
​
To be eligible for return/exchange, items must be in new and unused condition and customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at team@dominionstrength.com for an RMA number and instructions.
​
We are unable to accept returns of used items. If a return is received in other than new condition, we may reject the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
